Refund policy

Thank you for ordering with Mago. If you have question about your order, please contact us on info@studiomago.com.
We have made every effort to display accurately as possible the colours of our product that appear on this website. However, computer monitors vary. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Please note that we do not have a return policy, but we have a 7 days exchange policy. Returns are only accepted if the product received is faulty or not as described.
Items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
We reserve the right to refuse exchange that are shipped after 7 days grace period expired or item are not in the same condition as you received them in.

All items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns on item that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way.
Refund may only be issued in the same form as was utilised for payment. Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping charges. Please note that the payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 7-15 days.
The shipper must make claims for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Mago is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Mago does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event if return package is lost, stolen or mishandled.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive any item that is not in the perfect condition please contact customer service immediately.
