All orders are shipped from our design studio through India Post, trusted courier partners, or other suitable international shipping partners, depending on the destination and availability.
SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
We offer free shipping on all orders within India.
Please allow 5–7 working days for preparing and dispatching your order as each piece is carefully prepared only after an order is placed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide.
We offer free delivery on orders above $200 USD. For orders below $200 USD, a flat shipping fee of ₹3,500 applies.
International orders are shipped through reliable courier partners. Please allow 12–15 working days for your package to arrive.
Please note that Mago is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or packages held by customs or any other authorities in the destination country. Any customs duties, taxes, or other charges applicable to your order are the responsibility of the customer.
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed on our website, we are unable to cancel the order for any reason.
